Solve this differential equation –

 \\\bf \rightsquigarrow \dfrac{d^{2}y}{dx^{2}} - \dfrac{1}{ {x}^{2}} \dfrac{dy}{dx} + \dfrac{1}{4 {x}^{2}}(x + {x}^{ \frac{1}{2} } - 8)y = 0 \\
