By angle sum property of triangles ,

POQ=180-(OPQ+PQO)

=180-1/2(P+Q). (Since they are bisector.)

We know that sum of adjacent angles of parallogram is 180.

Therefore,

POQ=180-1/2(180)

=180-90

POQ=90°
