The answer is 2 l. Because it is given that
the length of the 1st wire is l and its radius is r and the length of the 2nd wire is 2l and radius of the 2nd wire is 2r. So, if the length increased in 1st wire is l , then the length increased in the 2nd wire will be 2 l.
