Let the point be (a,b)
Then, framing equations,
{ (a-0)² + (b-1)² } = 10² ----> (i)
Also, { (a-3)² + (b-5)² } = 5² ---> (ii)

From childhood days, we've known 3² + 4² = 5² and 6² + 8² =10²
So, By hit and trial, we see ---> a=6 , (b-1) = 8 satisfies both eqn.

And hence the point is (6,9).......
