Area of the largest square

= Area of square1 + Area of rectangle2
+Area of rectangle3 + Area of square4

 =  {a}^{2}  + ab + ab +  {b}^{2}  \\  =  {a}^{2}  + 2ab +  {b}^{2}
But Area of the largest square

 =  {(a + b)}^{2}
hence
 {(a + b)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  + 2ab +  {b}^{2}
