Hello Vaibhavi !!!

Given:

 \frac{1}{3} (6a + 9) = 6( \frac{a}{2}  - 3) + 15

To find:

Value of a

Solution:

 \frac{1}{3} (6a + 9) = 6( \frac{a}{2}  - 3) + 15

 =  >  \: 2a + 3  = 3a - 18 + 15

 =>  \: 2a + 3 = 3a - 3

 =  > 3a - 2a = 3 + 3

 =  > a = 6

And that's the answer!!!

Hope it helps,

And,
