3*2^x+3-2^(x+2)+5=0
3*2^x-2^x*2²+8=0
3*2^x-4*2^x+8=0
-2^x+8=0
2^x=8
so the value of x=3
may be this is the answer of your question.

siddhartharao77: Correct the last step. It should be x = 3.
SholankiPaul: sorry this is my typing mistake

Given Equation is 3(2^x + 1) - 2^(x+2) + 5 = 0

3 * 2^x + 3 -  2^{x + 2} + 5

3 * 2^x + 3 - 2^2 * 2^x + 5

2^x(3 - 2^2) + 3 + 5

2^x(3 - 4) + 3 + 5

2^x(-1) + 3 + 5

-1 * 2^x + 3 + 5

8 - 2^x

8 - 2^x = 0

8 = 2^x

 2^{3} =  2^{x}

x = 3.

Hope this helps!
