z-3 = (y-5)(3-z)
z - 3 = 3y -zy -15 +5z
15-3 = 5z -z -zy
12 = 4z-zy
12 = z(4-y)
12 = (x+3)(4-y)
12 =4x -xy + 12 -12y
12-12 = 4x - xy -12y
4x -xy - 12y = 0
x+3 = z
x = z - 3
so x =z-3 , z=x+3
x/y-5 = 3-z
z-3/y-5 = 3-z
z-3 = (y-5)(3-z)
z - 3 = 3y -zy -15 +5z
15-3 = 5z -z -zy
12 = 4z-zy
12 = z(4-y)
12 = (x+3)(4-y)
12 =4x -xy + 12 -12y
