Let the digit at tens place be 10x and let the digit at unit place y.

10x-y= 6. .............(1)

10x+y= 66...........(2)

10yx=66.......(3)

Add equation 1 and 2

10x-y=6

10x+y=66

20x = 72

x=72÷20 =3.6

x=3.6

Substitute x=3.6 in eqution (1)

10x-y=6

10×3.6 - y= 6

36- y=6

36-6=y

30=y

y= 30
