In context to questions asked,

We have to determine the value of n

As per questions,

It is given that,

15(n + 2) - 7 = 2(n - 6) - 4

So, for determining the value of n we will first separate the bracket terms and separate the like terms on one side.

Thus we will get,

15(n + 2) - 7 = 2(n - 6) - 4 \\ = 15n + 30 - 7 = 2n - 12 - 4 \\ = > 15n - 2n = - 12 - 4 - 30 + 7 \\ = > 13n = - 46 + 7 \\ = > 13n = - 39 \\ = > n = - \frac{39}{13} = - 3

Hence, value of n will be -3.
