⟹3x -  \frac{1}{4} (x - 20) =  \frac{x}{4}  + 32 \\ ⟹3x -  \frac{1}{4} x -  \frac{20}{4}  =  \frac{x}{4}  +  \frac{32}{1}  \\ ⟹3x -  \frac{1}{4} x - 5 =  \frac{(x \times 1) + (32 \times 4)}{4 \times 1}  \\ ⟹3x - 5 =  \frac{x + 128}{4}  + 4x \\ ⟹3x - 5 \times 4 = x + 128 + 4x \\ ⟹ - 20 = 128 + 5x - 3x \\ ⟹ - 20 - 128 = 2x \\ ⟹ - 148 = 2x \\ ⟹x =  \frac{ - 148}{2}  \\ x =  - 74
