This is a binomial theorem question  

It's a formula (x+y)^n= k=0 goes to k=n(n/k)x^n-k+y^k

Here in the above eq  k=m  acc to question  

At the end it came (0.25+0.75)^n

Here n is the unit place n=1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8

So a p should be min 8 and max 62 places so the answer is

11111111

but, 1^n will always be 1 irrespective of value of n

There are only two possibilities

10000000 or  00000001
