  • xyz = 4.

We know that

  • x^2(y+z) + y^2(z+x)

\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\: + z^2(x+y) + 2xyz

\:\:\:\:\:= (x+y)(y+z)(z+x) ....(1)

  • x^2(y+z) + y^2(z+x)

\:\:\:\:\:\:\:\: + z^2(x+y) + 3xyz

\:\:\:\:\:= (x+y+z)(xy+yz+zx)....(2)

Substracting (1) from (2), we get

\to xyz = (x+y+z)(xy+yz+zx) -  (x+y)(y+z)(z+x)

\to xyz = 5\times 8 - 36

\to xyz = 40 - 36

\to xyz = 4
