time taken to complete one round = 40sec

speed of the athlete = 628.3m/40s

= 15.71m/s

total time of running = 2min 20s = 2*60+20= 140s

total distance covered in 140s = 15.71m/s *140s= 2199.4 m

number of rounds = 2199.4m/628.3m = 3.5

the athlete will be opposite to the starting point.

displacement =diameter of the track=200 m

distance travelled =2199.4=2200 m
