Let the S.P of the watch=Rs100
Loss=5% on s.p
=5/100×100=5
C.P=S.P+Loss
=100+5=Rs105
When S.p=100,C.p=105
S.p=1 , C.p=105/100
S.p=114 ,C.p=105/100×114
=Rs119.7
The C.P of the watch=Rs119.7
