Tarun bought in 8000 Rs
and he spent 1000 Rs in this for transporting .
then, total spent = 8000 + 1000 = 9000
now,
he marked that in 11700 Rs ,
and customer give 10% tax in it
so, costumer give = 11700 +11700×10/100 = 11700 + 1170 = 12870 Rs
now, we know, sale tax not for Tarun so,
he take benefit only 11700 Rs
now,
Profit = S.P - C.P = 11700 -9000 = 2700 Rs
so, % profit = profit/C.P × 100
= 2700/9000 × 100
= 30 ℅

Amount to be paid(customers price)=M.P+ Sales tax% on M.P
=11,700 + 10% of 11,700
ANS=12,870
Profit=Marked price -Cost price
=11,700-9,000
=2,700
Profit%=Profit/cost price * 100%
=2,700/9,000 * 100%
ANS=30%
=11,700 + 10% of 11,700
ANS=12,870
Profit=Marked price -Cost price
=11,700-9,000

=2,700/9,000 * 100%
