Well buddy I'll just give the hints to solve this question and try it on your own then if you still don't get it then we'll help you out.
1) to find speed use the formula,
=> a = (v - u)/t. (u = 0)
Therefore, a = v/t
2) to calculate average speed you first need to calculate the distance travelled while falling,
Therefore, use S = ut + 1/2at^2 (u = 0)
Therefore, S = 1/2at^2
Then when you have calculated the height or distance then avg speed during 0.5sec = distance travelled/time period
Therefore, v(avg) = S/0.5
3) for height you have already calculated in 2nd part so there you go buddy just follow these steps and you just have to substitute the values and you get your answers.
