First of all,draw the graph of Y=MOD(X),the graph will be intersected in two points by a straight horizontal line.So it can't be one-one.
Again,it can't be onto as y takes only positive values due to mod.But range is all real numbers including negative numbers.So it can't be onto as y takes only positive numbers.
