ax +by +c =0 ⇒ t² +0 -15
here a= 1  ,b = 0  , c = -15 ,
t² - 15 = (t+√15) (t-√15)
x⇒t+√15=0      or      x⇒t-√15 =0
     t=  -√15                     t =  √15
   α  =  -√15                     β= √15
   we know   α +β =-b/a
                     and α × β =c/a
   therefore α +β = -√15  + √ 15 =0
                   -b/a =  - 0/ 1 = 0
                and also  α × β =√15 × -√15 = -15
                                c / a = -15/1 = -15 
therefore α +β = - b/a     and  α × β =c/a
