as we know linear pair we will subtract 140 by from 180 which is:

180-140=40 degree

so we have got the angle b now as we know that the sum of interior angles of a triangle is 180.

We will add all the angles.

Angle A + angle B + Angle C = 2x+40(as we don't know the value of angle A and C we will be taking it as 2x)

Now sum of all interior angles of the triangle=

2x+40=180

2x=180-40

2x=140

140/2=x

70=x

Thus angle A and C= 70 degree

For this first you need to minus the exterior angle by 180

So now 140 minus 180 is 40
Now b is near exterior angle so it 40 degree

For a and b

Now you need to minus 40 by 180 which is 140 now divide 140 by 2 or split 140 to equal part which is 2 seventeenths now a is 70 and b is also 70
