Hello!✌

We are gonna using BODMAS

So,

 \frac{8}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{8}  +  \frac{4}{6}  -  \frac{1}{9}  \div  \frac{3}{27}

Firstly division

 \frac{8}{3}  \times  \frac{1}{8}  +  \frac{4}{6} -  1

Now multiplication

 \frac{1}{3}  +  \frac{4}{6} - 1

Now addition

 \frac{6}{6}  - 1

Last and final subtraction

1 - 1 = 0
