sundaram30: but why the 1 and 3 became 2 and 6 by taking denominator 2
WritersParadise01: if we will take denominator as 2 so values of numerator whose denominator is other than 2 will change
sundaram30: tq
WritersParadise01: 1 and 3 both has denominator as 1 so 2 times 1 is equals to 2 so we will multiply 1 and 3 by 2
WritersParadise01: wlcm
sundaram30: tq very much
WritersParadise01: mention not

since, p(x) = 4x² - 5x +3
so, p(1/2) = 4 (1/2)² -5(1/2) + 3
p(1/2) = 4 * 1/4 - 5/2 + 3
p(1/2) = 1 -5/2+3
p(1/2) =(2-5+6)/2. ( taking LCM we get 2 as denominator)
p(1/2) =3/2

sundaram30: thanks
WritersParadise01: wlcm :-)
