Let the Base be 5a

Height = 3a

Area = 67.5 m^2

=> Base *Height /2 = 67.5

=> 5a *3a = 135

=> 15a^2 = 135

=> a^2 = 9

=> a = 3

Base = 5*3 = 15 cm

Height = 3 * 3 = 9 cm
