\frac{m^{5}n^{3}}{m^{2}n^{-4}}

Since it is division, and the bases m are same,

m⁵ - m²

= m⁵ ⁻²

= m³

Since it is division, and the bases n are same,

n³ - n⁻⁴

= n³⁺⁴

=n⁷

Answer = \frac{m^{3}}{n^{7}}
