Cross multiplying,
$(6x + 7)(2x + 3) = (4x + 5)(3x + 2)$
$12 {x}^{2} + 18x + 14x + 21 = 12 {x}^{2} + 8x + 15x + 10$
$12 {x}^{2} + 32x + 21 = 12 {x}^{2} + 23x + 10$
$32x - 23x + 12 {x}^{2} - 12 {x}^{2} + 21 - 10 = 0$
$9x + 11 = 0$
$9x = - 11$
$x = \frac{ - 11}{9}$
