take [3x+2y]the whole cube and substitute the values

(3x+2y) =9

Cube on both sides,

(3x+2y)³=9³

27x³+8y³+3(3x*2y)(3x+2y) =729

27x³+8y³+12(xy)(9)=729

27x³+8y³+12*3*9=729

27x³+8y³+324=729

27x³+8y³=729-324

27x³+8y³=405
