Hello Friend !

The answer to your query is given below. Please refer to it !

It is given that :

 \sqrt{x + 8 + 6 \sqrt{x - 1} }  \sqrt{x + 3 + 4 \sqrt{x - 1} } = 0

⇒  \sqrt{x + 8 + 6 \sqrt{x - 1} }  \sqrt{x + 3 + 4 \sqrt{x - 1} }

Now squaring both the sides , we will get,

⇒ x + 8 + 6 \sqrt{x - 1} = x + 3 + 4 \sqrt{x - 1}

⇒ 6 \sqrt{x - 1} - 4 \sqrt{x - 1} = 3 - 8

⇒ 2 \sqrt{x - 1} = -5

⇒  \sqrt{x - 1} = -5/2

Again squaring both the sides,

⇒ x - 1 = 25/4

⇒ x = 25/4 + 1

⇒ x = 29/4

Or x = 7.25

This is your answer !

Hope this Helps !!!!!
