If candidate A has more votes than candidate B by 236465 it means that candidate A will have votes = Votes of candidate B+ 236465=4581865

candidate A GOT= 236465 VOTES more than Candidate B
candidate B GOT = 4345400 VOTES

So,
= candidate B + candidate A VOTES
= 4345400 + 236465
= 4581865
So candidate A got 4581865 VOTES
