suppose x^1/5 is assume t
then quadratic equation will be
t^2 +5t + 6 = 0
then
we can write this
t^2+ 2t+5t+6=0
after rearrange this
t (t+2)+3 (t+2)=0
then
(t+2)(t+3)=0
t = -2
t=-3
but we know that x^1/5 = t
then x = (-2)^5
and x= (-3)^5
