remains same as

Coulombs force depends upon

f = kq1q2 \div r {}^{2}

if both charges are increased by 2 times and distance is also increased by two times

new f(n)

f(n) = 4kq1q2 \div (2r) {}^{2}  \\  = 4kq1q2 \div 4r {}^{2}

f(n)=kq1q2÷r^2

f(n)=f

i.e force remains same
