Let the age of the younger cousin be x.Then, the age of the elder cousin will be (x+10).15 years ago:Age of the younger cousin = ( x−15 ) Age of elder cousin =  ( x +10− 15)                               = ( x − 5 )∴ ( x − 5 )  = 2 ( x − 15 ) ⇒ x − 5 = 2x − 30 ⇒ x − 2x = −30 + 5 ⇒ −x = −25 ⇒ x = 25 Therefore, the present age of the younger cousin is 25 years.Present age of elder cousin = ( x + 10 ) = ( 25 + 10 ) = 35 years

Let us assume present age of Ankit as 'x' and present age of Bobby as 'y'.
                                    
x= y + 9
x + 10 = 2y
y + 9 + 10= 2y
19= 2y - y
y = 19yrs
x = y + 9
   = 19 + 9
   = 28yrs

Ans- Hence the present age of Ankit is 28 yrs and present age of Bobby is 19         yrs.
