 \frac{2x}{3}  + 1 =  \frac{7x}{15}  + 3 \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2x + 3}{3}  =  \frac{7x + 45}{15}  \\  \\  =  > 2x + 3 =  \frac{7x + 45}{5}  \\  \\  =  > 10x + 15 = 7x + 45 \\  \\  =  > 3x = 30 \\  \\  =  > x = 10
