3units

Step-by-step explanation:

area of equilateral triangle is √3/4×a^2

=√3/4×(2√3)^2

=√3/4×(4×3)

=√3/4×12

=3√3

Area of triangle=1/2×bh sq.units

Answer:

Let the height be x.

By using pythagoras theorem :

(2√3 )² = (x) ²  + (√3)²

{We can write this as we are taking it as a right angle traingle which has  hypotenuse as the side of equilateral triangle}

{ And base as half of the side and height as the perpendicular}

4 * 3 = 3x

12 = 3x

x = 12/ 3

x = 4

Pls marks as brainliest and hope it helps.
