Solution :

Let be the number is x

According to question :

\sf \implies \bigg(\frac{4}{3} { \bigg)}^{ - 2}  \times x =  \bigg( -  \frac{4}{5}{\bigg)}^{ - 3} \\  \\\sf \implies\bigg(\frac{3}{4} { \bigg)}^{2}  \times x =  \bigg( -  \frac{5}{4}{\bigg)}^{3} \\  \\\sf \implies  \frac{9}{16}  \times x = -  \frac{125}{64}  \\  \\\sf \implies x =  -  \frac{125}{64}  -  \frac{9}{16} \\  \\\sf \implies x =  \frac{ - 125 - 36}{64} \\  \\ \sf \implies x =  \frac{261}{64}
