1) A is more reactive than D because it is more closer to a noble gas configuration.
2)BE2 will form , it is a salt which is neutral and is in powered form and is formed by an 'alkaline earth metal' and a 'halogen' .It is electovalent compound formed by the loss and gain of electeons .
3)C is more reactive than E because as we move down the group the size of atom increases and halogens (Group 17 ) have the tendency to gain electron so, as much the electron is close from the nucleus the more is the tendency to gain the electron. C's atomic structure is bigger than E's so C have more tendency to gain electron.
