firstly rationalise it.
so, you will get ,
36+32-48√2/36-32=a+b√2
9+8-12√2=a+b√2
17-12√2=a+b√2
so, a=17 and b+-12
so, you will get ,
36+32-48√2/36-32=a+b√2
9+8-12√2=a+b√2
17-12√2=a+b√2
so, a=17 and b+-12
