If we observe the pattern in

1 + 5 = 18 and 2 + 10 = 36

Here, we can observe 2nd equation is product of 2 and the first equation, ex

1 + 5 = 18

=> 2 × ( 1 + 5 ) = 2 × 18

=> 2 + 10 = 36

Similarly, equation 3 equation is product of 3 and the first equation, ex

1 + 5 = 18

1 + 5 = 18 => 3 × ( 1 + 5 ) = 3 × 18

× 18=> 3 + 15 = 54

So, equation 4 will be :-

4 × ( 1 + 5 ) = 4 × 18

=> 4 + 20 = 72

So, 72 is the missing value.
