there are 3 types of numbers
1. when divided by 3 u get 0 as reminder
2.u get 1 as reminder
3.u get 2 as reminder
since the given numbers are added with 0 or 2 or 4 u only get one out of this which fall into this category
ie. if u get no reminder that number is already divisible and adding 2 4 will make non divisible
if u get 1 as reminder adding 2 will make it divisible
and if u get 2 as reminder u need to add 4 to make it divisible
