 \frac{ {( \frac{pq + 1}{q}) }^{m}   \times    {( \frac{pq - 1}{q}) }^{m}  }{{( \frac{pq + 1}{p}) }^{m}  \times     {( \frac{pq - 1}{p}) }^{m}  }  =  \frac{ {p}^{m}  \times  {p}^{m} }{ {q}^{m} \times  {q}^{m}  }  =   { ( \frac{p}{q} ) }^{2m}
