P (x)=x+2

p (x)=0

0=x+2

-2=x

we put -2 in the place of x

p (x)= 2x 4+ 3x 3+2kx2+3x+6

p (x)=0

0= (2×-2×4)+(3×-2×3)+(2×k×-2×2)+(3×-2)+6

0=-16+(-18)+(-8k)+(-6)+6

0=-16-18-8k-6+6

0=-34-8k

0+34=8k

34=8k

34/8=k

17/4=k
