for finding the current flowing follow these step
step .1.
find the total resistance
hence in the circuit the three resistance r1 , r2, r3 is in series so the equivalent resistance of these three resistance is
10 ohm + 10 ohm + 10 ohm = 30 ohm = Ra

but r4 is in parallel combination
so we can say that Ra and R4 is in paral22lel series so the equivalent resistance of these two resistance is
1/10 ohm + 1/30 ohm =( 3+1)/ 30
so resistance = 30/4 (resisters are in parallel )
= 7.5
now by the ohm's law of resistance
I = v/ r
= 3 / (30/ 4)
=( 3×4)/30
=12/30
= 0.4
