Given that,

Speed of bullet = 2000 m/s

Distance = 200 m

Now,

  v=D/t

 t=D/v

 t=200/2000

 t=0.1s

Now, distance covered by bullet vertically in that time

  s=ut+1/21at²

 s=0+0.5×10×(0.1)2

 s=0.05m

 s=5cm

Hence, the bullet should be fired 5 cm above the target.
