2^n×2^5-2^n-2^2/2^n×2^6-2^n-2^3

2^n×2^2(8-1)/2^n×2^3(8-1)

1/2=2^-1

 \frac{16 \times 2^{n + 1} - 4 \times  {2}^{n}}{16 \times 2^{n + 2} - 2 \times  {2}^{n + 2}}

 =  \frac{16 \times 2^{n} \times 2 - 4 \times  {2}^{n}}{16 \times 2^{n} \times  {2}^{2}  - 2 \times  {2}^{n } \times  {2}^{2} }

 =  \frac{ {2}^{n} (16 \times 2 - 4 )}{ {2}^{n} (16 \times  {2}^{2}  - 2 \times  {2}^{2}) }

 =  \frac{(16 \times 2 - 4 )}{ (16 \times  {2}^{2}  - 2 \times  {2}^{2}) }

 =  \frac{28}{ 56 } =  \frac{1}{2}

Hope this helps you
