{a + b}^3 = a^3 + b^3 + 3a^2b + 3ab^2

Therefore

(2x)^3 + (3y)^3 + 3×(2x)^2×3y + 3×(3y)^2×2x

8x^3 + 27y^3 + 36x^2y + 54y^2x

SIMILARLY U CAN DO PART B BY USING THIS PROPERTY :

{a - b}^3 = a^3 - b^3 - 3a^2b + 3b^2a
