put all the value in your expression I.e
(a+b)+C=(a+(b+C)
l.h.s
=(-7/3+4/5)+-2/5
=-23/15+-2/5
=-29/15
R.h.s
=(a+(b+C)
=(-7/3+(4/5+-2/5)
=(-7/3+2/5)
=-29/15
hence, L.H.S = R.H.S
I.e -29/15
