Given Equation is  x^2 + 3x - y^2 - 3y

= > x^2 - y^2 + 3x - 3y

= > (x + y)(x - y) - 3(x - y)

= > (x - y[(x + y) - 3]

= > (x - y)(x + y) - 3.

Hope this helps!
