 \frac{ {2}^{n + 4} - 2( {2}^{n})  }{2( {2}^{n + 3}) }  +  {2}^{ - 3}
 \frac{ {2}^{n}( {2}^{4} - 2)  }{ {2}^{n}( {2}^{4})  }  +  {2}^{ - 3}
 \frac{( {2}^{4} - 2) }{ {2}^{4} }  +  {2}^{ - 3}
 \frac{ {2}^{4}  - 2 + 2 }{ {2}^{4} }
By Clearly Is Equal To 1
