☞ In this fig. angle AOB & angle COB forms linear pair

☞ So we can say that :

angle AOB + angle COB = 180°

=> 2R + 60 + 3R - 40 = 180°

=> 5R + 20 = 180°

=> 5R = 180 - 20

=> 5R = 160°

=> R = 160/5

=> R = 23°

☞ Here angle COE is equal to angle FOD as they are Vertical Opp. angles

☞ So angle FOD = 20°

☞ Here angle FOD, DOB & AOF forms linear pair

So we can say,

60° + 3R + 20° = 180°

80 + 3R = 180°

3R = 180°

R = 100/3

R = 33.33...33°
