Hey friend, Here is your answer-
Angle POQ =90 degree.

Tangent is perpendicular to the radius.
Angle OPT=90.
Therefore Angle OPQ =40....... (By Angle addition postulate)
Angle TPQ is congruent to angle OQP........ (Alternate Angles)
Therefore Angle OQP =50
In triangle POQ,
angle OPQ +angle PQO +angle POQ =180.
40 +50 +angle POQ =180
90+ angle POQ =180
Angle POQ =90 degree.
