hey mate

here is your answer !!

in the questions given OABC is a square of side 7cm.

in square all side's are equal that meant OA = CO = AB = CO equal to 7 cm.

here OAPCO it is a quadrant of a circle with the center of O.

Here ,

radius of circle is equal to 7 cm.

in question we find the region of shaded region .

Area of shaded region = area of square - area of quadrant

 {OA}^{2} - \frac{1}{4} \times \pi{r}^{2} \\ \\ = 7 \times 7 - \frac{1}{4} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7 \\ \\ = 49 - \frac{77}{2} = \frac{98 - 77}{2} \\ \\ =\frac{21}{2} {cm}^{2} \\ \\ = 10.5 {cm}^{2}

therefore the shaded region is equal to 10.5 cm^2

be brainly
